SALAD DRESSING

This is an old recipe from Ken's late aunt Viola. She called it just "Real Good Dressing" and she wasn't wrong.

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 Medium Onion, finely grated
  • 1 Cup Salad Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
Mix all the dry ingredients until totally combined.
Using a slow speed on your mixer add a little Salad Oil and the a little Vinegar. Alternate back and forth until all the Salad Oil and Vinegar is used ending with Vinegar.
Beat at a high speed until you achieve the thickness you desire.
Serve on your favorite salad and enjoy.
