CARROT SALAD

This great sounding summer recipe is from Nina Kipperham.

  • 2 Cups Grated Carrots
  • 1 Cup Diced Celery
  • 1 Cup Meat, diced (ham, chicken, tuna or Ron's favorite Spam)
  • Minced Onion

  • 1 Cup Salad Dressing
  • 3/4 teaspoon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Canned Milk
  • 2 Cups Shoestring Potatoes

Mix together the Carrots, Celery, Meat and Onions.
Mix together the Salad Dressing, Mustard and Canned Milk. Add to the other ingredients.
Chill until ready to serve.
Fold in the Shoestring Potatoes just before serving or else they will get soggy.
