BANANA NUT BREAD
	Blend or Process: 2 Eggs 1/3 Cup Margarine 2 Medium sized, ripe Bananas 2/3 Cup Sugar Sift together: 1 3/4 Cups Flour 3/4 teaspoon Soda 1 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tarter 1/2 teaspoon Salt In a mixing bowl pour the liquid mixture gradually into the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Add Chopped Nuts if desired. Pour into a well greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour. Ken likes it served warm with a big glob of butter. Do you like bananas?
