WMarilyn's cousin JoAnne attended the 517th Airborne reunion with her father. There was a wonderful cheese ball made by a wonderful lady, Vera Sierra, at the reunion. JoAnne picked up a copy of the recipe and we are excited to share this recipe with you.

  • 3 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons diced Mild Green Chiles from a can
  • 1 4 oz Can Deviled Ham (the secret ingredient)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all the ingredients, except the chopped Walnuts, well
Roll the mix in the chopped Walnuts either as ball or log.
Serve to your friends and enjoy.

"Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak;
courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen."
Winston Churchill

Thanks JoAnne and Vera!
