UNION JACK BREAD

We've been having fun with our bread maker trying out all kinds of different breads. One of the things that are fun is what you do after you've made the bread. Serve this bread dish with your next meal and people will rave.

  • 1 Small French Bread Loaf
  • 8 Slices of Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder.

Slice the Bread into 1" thick slices. Do not slice all the way through.
Place Jack Cheese between each slice.
Melt the Butter and add the Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Powder.
Spread the mix on both sides of each slice.
Place on foil, don't wrap.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 7 minutes.
