TORTELLINI SALAD

This recipe appeared in our May 9th, 2003 newsletter.

Now here's a really good recipe for that Mother's Day brunch or dinner.

  • 12 oz. Tortellini, cooked and drained
  • 1 Cup Ripe Olives
  • 1 Green Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Pimiento, diced
  • 1/3 Cup Tarragon Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup Oil
Toss and chill for 3 hours.

It's always fun to serve a really great tasting salad that's really easy to make. We hope you enjoy this on mom's special day.
