     This dessert looks really pretty when served in a clear bowl.

  • 1 Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3 Cups of Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 Small Package Vanilla Pudding (makes 2 cups)
  • 1 Cup Whip Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
Bake cake in 8 inch pan. Cool and cut into 8 pieces.
Split the pieces in half and arrange the bottom halves in a 2 quart bowl.
Pour in 1/2 of the Strawberries with juice over the cake.
Spread 1/2 of the Pudding over the Strawberries.
Repeat the process and cover with Whipped Cream.
Chill for 4 hours.
Top with whole Strawberries. Add Nuts if you like.

Serves 8 - 10
