SAUSAGE SALAD

  • 1/2 Pound Kielbasa sliced in 1/4 inch pieces.
  • 2 Cups Diced Cooked Potatoes
  • 4 Hard Cooked Eggs, sliced
  • 1 Cup Cooked Peas or Beans
  • 1/3 Cup Onion, diced
  • 1/2 Green Pepper, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
Mix all the ingredients together and chill.
Serve on lettuce with tomato wedges.
