Something good to go along with that Easter ham.

  • 1 3 oz. Package Soft Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Snipped Parsley
  • 6 Tablespoons Canned Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 Package (12 oz) Hash Browns, separated
Mix Cream Cheese, Flour, Salt, Paprika, Parsley and Shredded Cheese.
Add Milk and Onions and mix until smooth.
Gently fold in the Egg and separated Hash Browns.
Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture onto a lightly greased skillet, medium heat, and spread into a 3" diameter circle.
Fry like pakcakes.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot.

Makes 10 3" patties.
