This recipe is sent to us by Michael Clark and it sounds terrific. We haven't tried it yet but soon will. Michael say that he does not know the original source of the recipe but it's kind of like refrigerator cookies, everybody has a recipe for them.

  • 2/3 cup FRESH Lemon Juice
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 Tub Cool Whip
  • Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Stir the Fresh Lemon Juice into the Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Fold that into the Cool Whip.
"Drop" it into the Graham Cracker Pie Crust and chill for 3 - 4 hours.
Optional, drizzle on some Chambord Liquor and add some chocolate sprinkles.
